The Delaware Trading Post is wonderfully located in the heart of the historic village of Andes, NY. Our store is located in what was once the Carman Photo Studio before the turn of the 20th century. Featuring vintage furniture and a wide selection of traditional and luxury products, we offer an eclectic blend of products for the home, hearth, farm and garden. From a box of chocolates, to a battered old rocking chair, to an exquisite hand knitted wool blanket, we require that any and all of our goods be both visually beautiful and captivating in their simplicity. All our merchandise has that certain spark that delights the eye and warms the spirit.

When visiting our shop, you may feel as if you are entering a place from the past; a simpler time with a slower pace, an inviting community of families and friends. And, you are. Andes is thriving with a wonderful variety of people and places to visit and explore. inspiring all who visit with its authentic rural American villages tucked in sweeping,epic landscapes, Delaware County has become one of New York's most exciting destinations,

With our website, we are hoping to bring you all the great things we have in our store. There are many things we still have not listed on our site. As time goes by, we will be adding new products. So, keep coming back and checking us out.

Delaware Trading Post is a family owned and operated store. We try to divide the duties among us all. You'll see Scott remerchandising the store every other weekend, or chatting with a customer for hours on end. Erica can be found busily pricing her latest "find" for the store. Scott handles the majority of the buying of our vintage furniture and 'things". While Erica is the purveyor of new stock. Even our daughters, Rubyrose and Coco are a large part of the store's atmosphere, playing in and around the store every weekend. It truly is a family affair!

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, we are open Thursday through Sunday 10am-5pm. The rest of the year, our store is only open Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm.
